In 1830 had Fremantle Lot 39 and in 1831 had Perth Lot V31. Married Olive (widow of Henry Clulow) 16 November 1841 at Perth. Was a stonemason employed on government buildings. Granted land but did not take up his grant. William died 4 May 1850 of senilty and Olive died in 1864 aged 67 years.
