John Gregory was granted 806 acres of land at Pineapple Bay Peninsula between Perth and Guildford. Had Guildford Lot 17 in 1830 and resigned it in 1833. Perth Lot L36 in 1830 and Perth X22 in 1833. Mary had Lot P11 in 1834. Sophia Gregory married George Hancock of Belmont Farm. Their daughter married John Withnell and they were the earliest pioneers of the Roebourne district. Mary died 13 October 1857 at Northam and John Gregory died on 12 May 1866 also at Northam.
