Granted 6,388 acres - took 4,388 acres in Swan District. Brought with him servants - (Thomas and Sarah Porley). Applied for land in 1829 Fremantle (Lot 7) and resigned in 1830. Employed fishermen to supply people of Perth and Fremantle. Probably departed the Colony c1839.
