Allocated 1,026 acres in the Canning District. Had Perth Lot F2 in 1830 and Perth Lot L13 in 1829 which was resigned in 1831. Married at Fremantle on 11 April 1840 to Adelaide who was the daughter of Robert and Caroline Thomson. Went to South Australia per the 'Emma Sherratt' 12 March 1850.
