Came in with two servants. His grant was 5533 acres 'Burswood on Swan' and 'Clayton Farm' on Helena River. In 1830 Henry went with Ensign Dale on an expedition east of the Avon River and also accompanied Stephen Henty and JS Roe on the 'Sally Ann' to Doubtful Island Bay in 1835. Married 19 December 1840 (Middle Swan). Annie was the Mistress and Founder of Native School, Albany, at Middleton Beach and her own home. Henry was the Resident Magistrate at Albany 1848-1860. Henry died 11 October 1872 at Albany and his wife returned to England.
