Isaac was a storekeeper & innkeeper at Fremantle in 1830. Had Fremantle Lot 5 in 1829. Perth Lots C1, L1, L8, L59, L60, L61 & L62 all before 1833. He was granted 6906 acres in the Swan District. Grew grape vines at Mt Eliza which he irrigated - but he was willing to relinquish some land there in exchange for some at the Point. Went to South Australia and returned in 1845. Sold his Swan District land to WG Brockman and offered to lease his Town Lots. Departed the Colony on the 'Emma Sherratt' 21 August 1845 for England leaving his affairs in hands of his nephew Thomas who arrived on the 'Gilmore' in 1829.
