Husband Tully Daly - Assistant Surgeon to the 63rd Regiment drowned at the Cape of Good Hope en route to Swan River. Her daughter Jessie Jane also drowned with her father. Mrs Daly continued the voyage in the Parmelia and left the colony with the four children on the ship 'Leda' on 1 February 1830.
