Michael was a shoemaker, employed by J.S. Roe. Married Mary Ann (Maria) Reaves at Capetown, Cape of Good Hope, South Africa on 19 February 1827. Had land at Perth - Lots D10, F15, W29 and W30 approved between 1830 to 1834. Michael died 1 October 1837 of dropsy. Michael's widow was known as Mrs Marsh - she was granted a pension after his death, from an application in 1878, by her daughter Maria Biggers in Victoria. Maria died September 1889 at Perth.
