On arrival Edward was stationed at Albany. Departed on the 'Ellen' 6 March 1835. In June 1835 he was drunk while on guard and imprisoned for 60 days. Departed with the Regiment in 1840 to India. Edward was discharged at Chatham, England 8 August 1848.
