Was allocated 15,200 acres with his brother William and took the land in the Avon district. Arthur married Mary Ann 18 April 1836 at Albany - she was the daughter of Sir Richard and Lady Ann Spencer. Arthur was a gentleman farmer at York. Arrived at Perth per the 'Caledonia' 4 July 1836 from King George's Sound. Arthur died 7 March 1877 and Mary Ann 24 died August 1886.
