Patrick was stationed at Upper Swan 1833. Wife Mary died of consumption at Albany 20 February 1835. Tried by General Court Martial at Hobart and was sentenced for transportation for 14 years. Pardoned, went to India with his Regiment and died at Dinapore, India 23 September 1842.
