Granted 600 acres. Perth Lot G6 in 1829 and Fremantle Lot 51 in 1833. Had land at Albany B2, in 1832 and Albany Pde 3 in 1832. In 1831 was Pilot at King George's Sound. In 1832 applied for a job as pilot for Cockburn Sound. Imprisoned six months hard labour for larceny in 1833. Allowed to be with his dying son and attend his funeral early in his sentence. The family departed on the 'Isabella' 5 October 1833.
