Proprietor of the Preston Point Ferry. Imported a printing press from Van Diemens Land. Married 7 September 1832 at Fremantle to Sarah, who was the sister of Colonel Logan of the 63rd Regiment. Organised the first horse races in the Colony in 1833 and imported Timor ponies for the Fremantle races. Land at Fremantle Lot 5 in 1832 and Fremantle Lot 72, Lot 73, Lot 76 in 1831, Lot 98, Lot 99, Lot 100, S400, Sub N, Sub P, Sub V in 1832 and 1833. Perth Lot L16 in 1832. Eventually departed the Colony.
