Son of Paul and Keziah. Carpenter and millwright. Worked on Government mill in 1832. Had Perth Lots X2 and X3 in 1832 and 1833. Bought Wellington St. Town Lot 853 and 10 acres in the Victoria District. Assisted in building the mill at Hampton Farm at Northam. Employed 4 ticket-of-leave men at Perth and Northam. Ann died 1852 and James Lockyer died in 1873.
